Tour Requirements
- All tours must be reserved and paid in advance
- All passengers must be at least 7 years of age
- All passengers must have full use of all limbs
- All minors must be accompanied by parent or guardian
- This activity is not suitable for anyone suffering from serious medical conditions, pregnant women or people with serious back problems, this is a thrill ride
- Each tour begins with a safety briefing
- All passengers must sign a waiver before departure
Tour Recommendations
- Our tours are designed for exploring the open waters of Biscayne Bay in an adventurous manner. Flat shoes such as non-skid sandals, flip flops, sneakers are highly recommended. High heel shoes of any kind will not be permitted aboard.
- On windy days you may get slightly wet and although rare, possibly soaked during the tour from splashing waves.
- The Florida sun can be intense during both summer and winter months so it is recommended you wear clothing that is appropriate for these conditions and bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.
- In winter months dress in layers and a light windbreaker or jacket.
- We provide a small dry storage space under each individual seat for items such as purses and cameras. It is recommended that you bring a dry pouch for cameras and other valuables.
- Occasionally we use bleach to keep our boat clean and it may cause discoloration on fabrics, clothing or accesories.
Cancellation Policy
- To avoid full trip charge, cancellation of a trip should be no less than 48 hours before scheduled tour. You will be able to reschedule your trip on a space available basis at no additional charge within 12 months of the cancellation.
- RIB Adventures Now LLC reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unsafe boating weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Rescheduling or a full refund will be provided to passengers in the event this occurs.
